Poor customer service, cannot get a call back or a reply to an E-mail on what is the status of our patio furniture.

5 E-mails, 2 phone calls, and still have no idea how long before we get delivery or if they’ve even started building/putting together our patio furniture. They say 6-8 weeks, we’re now going on week #9 and cannot get an answer on what the hold up is or when the delivery might be.
