easy vinyl strap replacement

I ordered replacement straps for a patio chair, and planned try to fix it myself, thinking it wouldn’t be as easy as it looked on the video. I followed the directions and it worked just as it was supposed to! That never happens! Also, I accidentally didn’t order 4 rivets, and when i realized it, they sent them out immediately.
